Field Service & Support

VC Computers has been providing quality field service ans support for customers since 1997, we also provide several companies with third party assistance and repair machines on their behalf. We provide one-off callouts and service contracts covering all computer equipment in your business.

Service Calls.

• We cover areas as far east as Belfast, & as far south as Mayo and the Galway Border.
• Callouts charges are charged according to the area and the fee covers travel to and from site.
• An Engineer will call and arrange the call prior to leaving the workshop, giving you time to arrange for staff to be present when they call.
• Collection / Repair and Return is also available in some areas.

Maintenance Contacts.

• We cover areas as far east as Belfast, & as far south as Mayo and the Galway Border.
• Each customer is unique and contracts are based on type of hardware, location and level of service required.
• We do of course offer a free quotation for this serivce.

Data Recovery

• If your machine has been damaged or will not start up, & you need inportant data on it, we can attempt a recovery on the unit for you.
• If you bring your computer or failed hard disk up to our workshop we will inspect the unit for free and let you know if a recovery is possible.
• Often we find that files and other data can be recovered with little cost, however if the problem is serious and the data very inportant we can call on our partners to further inspect your Hard Disk. A quotation is then given to you regarding data recovery costs.
• We will of course only charge you for successful recovery and can save your data on CD, DVD, Floppy Disk, or even another Hard Disk as you prefer.

Third Party Support.

• If you have service requirements, or are looking for someone to provide you will on-site or workshop service for your business or customers, please do not hesitate to contact us.
• Our workshop is capable of handling any quantity of repairs, and our procedures and quality are second to none.
• Field Service contracts and workshop servicing can be discussed to arrange suitable costs which can help your business control repair and servicing budgets. We can also discuss fixed price repairs for workshop servicing for you or your customers.
